En un futuro (no tan) lejano

Estos últimos días todo el mundo está hablando del nuevo proyecto de Google: Google Glasses. A estas alturas me imagino que sabéis de qué va esta idea revolucionaria, pero por si acaso comparto este videos que difunde Google. Aunque para entender de qué va todo esto os recomiendo leer este artículo de TechRadar.

 

Parece ser que el gigante de la tecnología e internet no está solo en la Werable New Tech Wave. (Sí, las lentillas dan bastante mal rollo)

Cuando Google desveló más información no pude evitar pensar en el tercer episodio de la aclamada miniserie británica Black Mirror. En The Entire History of You, el eje central del argumento pone en evidencia el uso de esta tecnología biónica en nuestro día a día y como los humanos podemos reaccionar a ella. Parece ciencia ficción pero Google Glasses comparte similitudes con este futuro no tan lejano que se plantea. Estoy segura que en unos años la realidad superará esta ficción.

When Google distributed more information about it, I couldn’t avoid thinking in the third episode of Black Mirror Channel 4 series. The Entire History of You puts in evidence the future problematic uses that technology will bring in a close future. Although it’s science fiction, Google Glasses share some similar features with this fictional topic. As unpleasant as it may sound for us, I am pretty sure some years ago this science fiction will become our daily reality.
